How can I shop at toys-for-all?

Shopping with us is very simple. On our homepage you will find different ways to locate the item you require - either by using the quick search function to find key words or by choosing a category for example. If you find a product which appeals to you, you can place it in your virtual shopping basket by clicking on the “add to basket” link. This shopping basket has a real-life function: you can remove unwanted items at any time and as long as you don’t go through the checkout, you haven’t actually purchased anything.

How do I order a product?

If you have found a product which appeals to you, you can place it in the virtual shopping basket by clicking on the link “buy it now”. Then you have the opportunity to continue shopping or to finalize your order (“checkout”). If you want to continue shopping you can also place your order by simply clicking on the link “add to basket” on the top right of the menu bar. Thus you can check up on the items in your shopping basket. If you wish to have more than one of a certain item, please change the quantity in the appropriate box and click on “update”. Then please click on “checkout” to return to the order form. You will then be guided automatically through our ordering process, in the course of which you will be requested to state your delivery and invoice address and at which point you will also be asked how you would like to pay.

What methods of payment are accepted?

Our customers can choose between the following methods of payment:

Cash-on-delivery: Direct payment upon receipt of the parcel delivered by GLS. Surcharge 8,00 Euros. Not possible for international orders with the exception of Austria.

Direct debit: Please authorize toys-for-all to debit the amount straight from your account. This method of payment is not possible for international orders.

Payments made through Paypal for domestic and international orders: You can find further information on this method of payment at www.paypal.de.

Advance payment for domestic and international orders: Please transfer the billed amount to our German bank account when you have received our e-mail confirming your order. The bank transfer rates in Euroland are equivalent to those for domestic bank transfers as of 2003. We also have a Swiss account for the benefit of our Swiss customers, which means that you can pay comfortably and economically. The goods will be dispatched as soon as payment has been credited to our account.

Will the data be transmitted securely?

We guarantee that payment is secure. Details of payment are completely protected from unauthorized access on our secure server. All information which you provide us with when ordering is transmitted in encrypted form, especially bank details, using the secure code system SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

How high are the delivery costs?

Every item we dispatch is automatically insured! That means regardless of the value of the goods and the size and/or value of the order our goods are always insured upon dispatch. That is why we cannot ship the goods at lower cost, which is in the interest of your own safety and satisfaction. The standard delivery rate is 4.95 Euros within Germany. This covers part of the postage, packing and delivery costs. We pay the rest for you. As international deliveries obviously involve greater cost, the cost are calculated in our shop depending on weight and destination. You will see all costs before you place the order. Then you have no suprises afterwards. In the case of partial deliveries, the rest will be sent on free of charge. We reserve the right to cancel an item without replacement if the cost of such a further delivery should prove to be too high.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We will gladly deliver your order anywhere in the world.

Does toys-for-all offer a policy to exchange purchased goods and may I return them if I am not fully satisfied?

Please refer to point 6 of our terms and conditions.

Can a product be sent to a different address?

Of course! We will gladly deliver to an address which differs from the invoice address.

How long does delivery take?

Orders will be delivered within Germany at the latest within 7 workdays. Deliveries to Austria, Switzerland and other foreign destinies are generally dispatched upon receipt of payment.

Who delivers?

We send our products within Germany through the GLS parcel service or via DHL, because we want to offer our customers excellent delivery service and we are extremely satisfied with the speed and reliability of GLS. International deliveries are also made by DHL.

Does toys-for-all have a catalogue?

We can`t send you an actual catalogue. Our complete range of products is available only on the internet.

How do I cash in a gift voucher?

I`ve forgotten my password - how can I still order?

Should you have forgotten your password and would like to shop with us, please click on the button "forgotten your password?" on the log-in page (this can be accessed by clicking on the button "my account"). Just enter your registered e-mail address in the open window; you will receive a new password by e-mail within a few minutes. Please note that we cannot give you any information on your password, because we cannot access this information.
